Questions, answered

What counts as a request?

Every successful call to any endpoint — tracking, QC, convert or lookup — counts as one request against your daily quota. Errors and rate-limited responses don't count.

What happens if I hit my limit?

You'll get a 429 with a clear message and your quota resets each day. Nothing breaks and you're never charged for overages — you simply upgrade when you need more headroom.

How do I pay for Pro?

Open a ticket on our Discord and we'll get Pro activated on your workspace. Native in-dashboard billing is on the roadmap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no lock-in. If you cancel, your workspace drops back to the Free tier at the end of the period.
